We want your shopping experience to be seamless, but it's important to note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees, should they apply. Return Policy

At Purple Tails, your satisfaction and your furry friend's happiness are our top priorities. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be in unused and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Treats
  • Grooming Products

To initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@thepurpletails.com. Include your order email address and order number, along with a detailed description of the return request. Our team will review your request, and if approved, please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of your return. We will issue a refund to your original payment method and confirm it via email.

For order cancellations, please ensure they are made within the processing timeframe. Once you receive an email with your tracking number and confirmation, it will be too late to cancel your order.
